Ideal location in the old town

Very well equipped apartment.. brilliant WiFi ...very good WhatsApp information the day before on where the apartment was, how to enter the building and obtain the keys from a safe storage box in the hallway plus WiFi password...very very clean and well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with extra duvets in the wardrobe...air conditioning/ heater which were veru good, a great supermarket 50 yards up the road for any essentials or ever if your eating in like I did.....great value for money and I will definitely be booking again.

There were a couple of dogs that occasionally barked but can't guarantee that they were residential and could have just been short term let's...also I had a room on the third floor overlooking the road... occasionally it was noisy with people at unusually early times in the morning shouting .that would not put me off rebooking though...again, can't guarantee they just wearnt just ignorent tourists ..

Good Location and A Good Mini Break

Ideal location, Apartment was spacious, Close to Old Town , Beach and Shops. Good communication between the hosts. A great find, Definitively stay here again.

The deposit, it is advertised to pay upfront which would put people off, In my experience everything went ok and got it all back in less than a week of me leaving the Apartment. There’s a bar next door which probably be quite noisy in the summer months. These aren’t bad things, Just wanted to mention things people might not be happy with if they stayed here.

What was the highlight of Apartamentos La Rosita Old Town

A great location for the Benidorm half marathon.

Use of the washer was a plus especially as we had all come for the running race. The rooms were a good size for two to share.

Door knob was wobbly, only 3 wine glasses for 4 of us and it looks like with the sofa bed there should have been 6 of everything. The pillows were really hard and so we all slept on rolled up coats. Bathroom ceiling doesn’t look good and the shower pipe (silver ridges) needs cleaning properly - suggest a toothbrush and some cif as it’s very dirty.

The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.

A bathroom bin is required and there is nowhere within the building to dispose of rubbish .We stayed 12 nights as we had never been to Benidorm before.We expected to hear noise from other apartments however the last two nights were dreadful,with banging and shouting from other rooms until 4am.On our last night the people above us appeared to be having a party and were jumping up and down on the floor above .

location was excellent and felt secure in apartment

no instructions on how to operate cooker or air conditioning unit could have had a blanket as it was a bit chilly being end of october

Some improvement needed but great location.

Great location , good size appartment, decent shower. Really lovely staff & well organized check in system.

In need of painting lots of marks on the bedroom walls & wallpaper hanging off the walls. We were also expecting a coffee machine or Cafitere.

Benidorm birthday weekend.

Location brilliant well equipped everything you needed spacious apartment liked the washing room and ironing room . Shutters made the rooms lovely and dark kept the early morning sun out if you like a lie in.

No mirror apart from in bathroom there was plenty of wall space for at least three mirrors . The twin room faced a very busy road from about 5 am very noisy ear plugs probably a good idea if a light sleeper.
